The Long Distance Drivers and Conductors Association (LoDDCA) is a registered Kenyan organization dedicated to advocating for the rights, welfare, and professional development of drivers and conductors in the transport sector. LoDDCA addresses challenges such as fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and access to legal and healthcare support. Beyond Kenya, the association actively collaborates with authorities across the East African Community (EAC) and neighboring regions to tackle cross-border transport challenges by harmonizing regulations, improving road safety, and ensuring consistent support for members operating internationally. Additionally, LoDDCA provides training and professional development programs to help its members enhance their skills and adapt to industry changes. Through strong policy advocacy and strategic partnerships, LoDDCA continues to lead efforts in creating a safer, fairer, and more sustainable transport industry both within Kenya and across the region.
